Position: Manager $18-22 per hour plus benefits
About: Subway® Team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee various aspects of restaurant operations, including guest experience, food preparation and service, cleanliness, inventory management, local marketing, staff recruitment, safety standards, and team collaboration. The role also involves recruiting and rewarding team members, ensuring safety protocols compliance, analyzing business records, promoting sales, supporting marketing initiatives, planning events and promotions.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred; Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment; supervisory and staff training experience essential; Must be an excellent communicator with computer knowledge; Physical ability to work in various restaurant areas, operate Point of Sale system, and handle lifting responsibilities; Training provided on roles and responsibilities
