Position: Manager
About: The restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee department-level operations and uphold the company’s core values and service standards, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests. The Manager will demonstrate leadership in teamwork, service excellence, and efficient operation of the restaurant, creating a positive and professional environment for both guests and team members.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous salaried management experience in fine dining restaurants preferred; proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications preferred; Servsafe or similar Manager’s Food Handler’s Certificate; Alcohol Certification (based on location); ability to fulfill physical demands including carrying trays, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 40 pounds without hesitation
