Position: Management/Team Leaders
About: General Managers and/or Assistant Managers are required to work 40-43 hours per week and able to stand 6 to 8 hours per shift. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills. Job duties include but are not limited to: – Oversees 25 to 50 employees – Meets or exceeds financial goals and keeps controllable expenses within the established guidelines – Supervise and manage inventory/merchandise – Recruit and hire staff/associates for the store – Keeping employee turnover to a minimum – Execute store promotion and sales within the set time frame – Ensures security measures are being practiced by the staff/associates, understands & enforces procedures regarding shoplifting, scammers, and employee theft.
Requirements: Management Experience in Retail preferred; strong communication and follow-through skills; computer skills – basic understanding of emails, spreadsheets, and word documents; sales driven, goal-oriented, and honest
