Position: Major Accounts Sales District Manager

Requirements: Proven winner with a track record of closing sales and managing a territory; positive self-starter with cold calling abilities and time management skills; confidently fearless to embrace opportunities and challenge the status quo; entrepreneurial spirit with natural leadership abilities and resilience; trusted advisor who builds relationships with integrity and commitment. College degree preferred but not required; two+ years of outside B2B sales experience or three+ years in relevant HCM, technology, or software sales; military experience valued for skills such as discipline and problem-solving.
