Requirements: 4+ years’ experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment; adaptive organizational skills and the ability to adjust to new circumstances; excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written; knowledge and appreciation for high-end food and beverage culture; ability to stand for long periods and work effectively with a team; wine and spirits certifications are a plus
