Requirements: Possess a diploma from an internationally recognized hotel school or university; A minimum of five years’ experience as F&B Manager onboard a five-star cruise ship or in luxury hospitality establishments like hotels, high street restaurants, or exclusive clubs; Managing and operating restaurant systems (e.g., Micros, Silverware, MXP, CrunchTime, and Symphony); Knowledge of United States Public Health rules and regulations; Familiarity with HACCP standards
