Position: Maitre D’ (Front Desk Receptionist)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year in retail, preferably technology or front-desk, service-related experience; available to work at least 16 hours a week; proven track record in delivering an exceptional guest experience; excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; strong communication and multitasking skills; experience with Zenoti and Zendesk preferred; able self-starter with the ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment
