Position: Maitre D’ (Front Desk Receptionist)
About: Okay Humans, a face-to-face talk therapy shop founded by the creators of Drybar and Squeeze, is looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join their team and support guests in their therapy journey. The company’s mission is to normalize therapy and prioritize emotional wellness, offering easy access to therapists, app-based booking, and a welcoming environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year experience in retail, preferably technology or front-desk service; availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week; proven track record in delivering exceptional guest service; excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; strong communication and multi-tasking abilities; experience with Zenoti and Zendesk preferred; self-starter with multitasking skills in a dynamic startup environment
