Position: Maitre D’ (Front Desk Receptionist)

We’re seeking a skillful and kind human to join our team and assist our guests in their therapy journey. Requirements: 1+ year in retail, preferably technology or front-desk, service-related experience; Available to work at least 16 hours a week; Proven track record in delivering an exceptional guest experience; Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; Strong communication and multitasking skills; Experience with Zenoti and Zendesk preferred; Able self-starter with the ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment
