Position: Maitre D’ (Front Desk Receptionist)
About: We’re Okay Humans, a face-to-face talk therapy shop, seeking a skillful and kind human to join our team and assist our guests in their therapy journey. Our mission is to make going to therapy feel okay in every way and prioritize emotional wellness.
Requirements: 1+ year in retail, preferably technology or front-desk, service-related experience; Available to work at least 16 hours a week; Proven track record in delivering an exceptional guest experience; Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; Strong communication and multitasking skills; Experience with Zenoti and Zendesk preferred; Able self-starter with the ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment
