Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant Maitre D experience or the equivalent; accurate mathematic skills; ability to pass an exam in English with 90% or better in menu and specials, wine list, liquor list and specialty drinks, liquor liability laws and knowledge, and restaurant layout including table numbers and station numbers; punctuality, warm and outgoing personality, maturity in guest interactions, ability to stand for long periods, work in noisy and crowded environments, handle large sums of money, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
