Requirements: Have 1-2 years Maitre d’ experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant; Be organized and proficient at multi-tasking; Possess a polished and well-groomed appearance; Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of dining etiquette and protocol; Have strong verbal communication skills; Be committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality; Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure; Have open availability to work days, nights, and weekends
