Position: Maitre D
About: Maggiano’s Little Italy, known for its authentic family recipes and scratch kitchen, is currently seeking a Maitre D to join their team. Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant Maitre D experience or equivalent; accurate mathematic skills; ability to pass an English exam with 90% or better in menu, specials, wine list, liquor list, liquor liability laws, and restaurant layout; punctuality, warm and outgoing personality, ability to interact maturely with guests, excellent memory for guest details, patience with difficult guests, physical stamina to stand for long periods, move throughout the restaurant, work in noisy and crowded environments, handle large sums of money, and perform physical tasks like moving chairs and working varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
