About: IMMEDIATELY HIRING – Maitre D at a full-service restaurant looking for a dedicated professional to greet and seat guests while overseeing the dining room operations.
Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant Maitre D experience or equivalent; accurate mathematic skills; ability to pass an exam in English with 90% or better in menu, specials, wine list, liquor list, specialty drinks, liquor liability laws, and restaurant layout comprehension; punctuality, warm and outgoing personality, ability to relate to guests, interact with patience, stand for long periods, work in noisy and crowded environments, handle money securely, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
