Position: Maitre D
About: Maggiano’s Little Italy is currently seeking a Maitre D for their full-service restaurant. This position involves greeting and seating guests, overseeing the dining room, and acting as a goodwill ambassador to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant Maitre D experience or equivalent; accurate mathematic skills; ability to pass an exam in English with 90% or better in menu, specials, wine list, liquor list, liquor liability laws, and restaurant layout; punctuality, outgoing personality, ability to interact maturely with guests, attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods, work in noisy environments, handle money, move furniture, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
