Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant Maitre D experience or equivalent; accurate mathematic skills; proficiency in English with 90% or better in menu, specials, wine list, liquor list, liquor liability laws, and restaurant layout; punctuality and excellent interpersonal skills; ability to handle large sums of money and work in a busy restaurant environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
