Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant Maitre D experience or the equivalent; must have accurate mathematic skills; able to pass an exam in English with 90% or better in menu and specials, wine list, liquor list and specialty drinks, liquor liability laws and knowledge, and restaurant layout including table numbers and station numbers; warm, sincere, outgoing personality; ability to relate to guests with appropriate humor and maturity; stand for long periods and work in noisy, crowded environments, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
