Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant Maitre D experience or equivalent; must have accurate mathematical skills; ability to pass an English exam with 90% or better in menu, specials, wine list, liquor list, liquor liability laws, restaurant layout knowledge; punctuality, outgoing personality, sense of humor, goodwill ambassador skills, ability to handle difficult guests, physical endurance, work in noisy and crowded environments, handle money, work nights, weekends, and holidays.
