Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant Maitre D experience or the equivalent; accurate mathematic skills; proficiency in English; strong knowledge of menu, specials, wine list, liquor list, specialty drinks, and liquor liability laws; familiarity with restaurant layout and station numbers; punctuality; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the restaurant, handle money, and work in a noisy and crowded environment; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
