Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant Maitre D experience or equivalent; accurate mathematic skills required; ability to pass an English exam with 90% or better in menu, specials, wine list, liquor list, specialty drinks, liquor liability laws, restaurant layout, table numbers, and station numbers; punctuality, warm and outgoing personality, ability to interact with guests with a sense of humor, handle difficult guests with patience and courtesy, stand for long periods, move safely throughout the restaurant, work in noise and crowded spaces, handle and account for large sums of money, work nights, weekends, and holidays.
