Position: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – WOODLANDS NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER
About: Liberty HealthCare and Rehabilitation Services offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. They are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time position during the day.
Requirements: High school graduate; Valid NC Driver’s License; Knowledge of general maintenance; Experience in HVAC; General computer knowledge for troubleshooting and computer-based software work order system; Ability to respond to maintenance calls on weekends; Willingness to work odd hours in emergencies; Ability to follow instructions clearly; Neat appearance and good personal hygiene; Knowledge of fire alarm systems, main power, water, and gas supply shutoff procedures; Familiarity with roof and other equipment functions; Willingness to work in other roles as needed (Housekeeping Assistant Porter, Laundry Assistant, Grounds Assistant).
