Position: Maintenance Technician

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a similar role; basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems; ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds; driver’s license for 3 years; valid driver’s license and car insurance verification required; must pass MVR check and maintain a good driving record
