Position: Maintenance Technician

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a similar role; basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems; ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; physical stamina to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds; 3 years of driver’s license; valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance Verification; pass MVR check and maintain a good driving record
