About: A passionate and growing food and beverage manufacturer is looking to hire a PM Shift Maintenance Manager to join their organization. The role involves overseeing maintenance operations in a dynamic team in the food manufacturing industry.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education; minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing; solid knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and industrial refrigeration; experience with the baking process, sanitation, and quality control; proficiency in troubleshooting equipment and PLC systems; basic understanding of fabrication skills such as welding, cutting, grinding, and machine work; excellent communication and leadership skills; experience with work scheduling, PM scheduling, and managing a budget; proficiency in using SAP and managing inventory in a stock room; electrical knowledge is a must; hands-on leadership approach with the ability to lead by example; industrial bakery experience is a strong advantage; must be a team player with the ability to collaborate with various departments
