Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements: High School or equivalent education preferred; 5+ years experience in a real estate, hotel, or multifamily maintenance capacity; 3+ years experience in a supervisory capacity; proven experience as a maintenance technician; basic understanding of MEP systems; advanced knowledge of HVAC systems; knowledge of general maintenance methods and processes; working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices; manual dexterity and problem-solving skills; be a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or able to attain within the first 3 months of employment; proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems
