Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in property maintenance or related field preferred; hands-on maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage maintenance team and vendor relations effectively; knowledge of safety standards and OSHA guidelines
