Position: Maintenance Supervisor
About: Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (day shift) for a food manufacturing facility in the Louisville, KY area. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintenance team management, overall plant reliability, and mechanical performance, acting as a technical resource to help achieve manufacturing goals in the areas of safety, cost, quality, and service to customers.
Requirements: 3-5 years of solid maintenance supervisory experience; candidates with a bachelor’s degree are highly preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills required; candidates with strong organizational skills
