Position: Maintenance Superintendent
About: Holyoke Farms, located in Holyoke, MA, is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the maintenance operations for a property consisting of 229 units of family housing. The work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with on-call duties shared with the maintenance team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, janitorial work, and HVAC required; prior experience supervising a team of maintenance professionals required; previous experience with Yardi is a plus; MS Office dash Word, Excel and Outlook required; emergency on-call duties and light snow removal included; driver’s license and access to a vehicle required; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
