Position: Maintenance & Reliability Manager
About: Apex Systems is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to join our client, a leader in the chemicals manufacturing industry, located in Fresno, TX (near Houston). This is a permanent/direct hire role with the client. We are looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to join our management team in Fresno, TX. As Maintenance Manager, you will help drive a culture of safety and reliability by supporting processes to maintain and improve the integrity of production and the quality of plant systems. The successful candidate will lead a team of employees involved in maintenance and facility management in a chemical manufacturing setting, working closely with the Plant Manager and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical engineering, or a related engineering field; 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment including chemical, refining, or similar; 2+ years of supervisory experience; Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
