Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in maintenance, custodial work, or a related field preferred; basic knowledge of general maintenance, cleaning procedures, and repair work; ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects; strong attention to detail and ability to work independently; excellent time management and organizational skills; effective communication skills with residents, vendors, and management; must be able to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
