Position: Maintenance Porter – Driving

Requirements: High school diploma or a combination of experience and education; facility maintenance, electrical, and/or painting experience may be required depending on the job assignment; valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record; ability to work special shift requirements as needed, including 3rd shift and/or weekends; clear oral and written communication skills; customer service-oriented; adaptable to changes; sound judgment and professionalism; proficiency in the English language; able to handle physical demands including lifting and moving 50 pounds or more, standing or walking for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions
