Position: Maintenance Porter
About: Haywood House is a family community located in Newton, MA, consisting of 55 units. They are currently hiring for a part-time Maintenance Porter role, with work hours of 20-25 per week, Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. Responsibilities include cleaning the office, commons areas, and apartments, light maintenance repairs, trash removal, groundskeeping, snow removal, and inventory management of maintenance supplies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous custodial and/or light maintenance experience required; basic computer and smartphone skills preferred; valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
