Requirements: High school diploma or a combination of education and experience; facility maintenance, electrical, and painting experience may be necessary depending on the job assignment; possession and maintenance of a valid state-issued driver’s license if driving company vehicles is expected; availability for special shift requirements as per location’s needs; effective oral and written communication skills; customer service orientation; adaptability to changing work environments; sound judgment and professionalism under pressure; proficiency in English language; ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving 50 pounds or more, and working in varied weather conditions
