Requirements: High school diploma or a combination of experience and education; ability to work with minimum supervision; may require facility maintenance, electrical, or painting experience depending on the job assignment; valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record if driving is involved; flexibility to work special shifts as needed; strong oral and written communication skills; customer service orientation; adaptability and judgment in varying work environments; ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly; physical agility to perform tasks like climbing, kneeling, and bending; vision capabilities for close, peripheral vision, and focus adjustments; ability to work in diverse weather conditions and with different irritants
