Position: Maintenance Planner

Requirements: High-school diploma or GED preferred; certification in Industrial Maintenance or Project Management preferred; minimum of 5 years hands-on field experience in maintenance planning or project management preferred; ability to read and interpret complex technical manuals, catalogues, and SOP’s; experience in high-speed packaging maintenance and technical lead roles, ideally in the beverage, food, or clean manufacturing industry; proven track record in delivering results through cross-functional teams; awareness of Continuous Improvement methodologies (LEAN, DMAIC, 5why, BDA, TPM); advanced hands-on working knowledge of AMM/CMMS systems (SAP preferred); ability to lead large group meetings in person and virtually; advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; self-motivated with strong time management skills.
