Position: Maintenance planner
About: Diageo is a leading spirits manufacturing company based in Montgomery, known for providing a wide array of adult beverage products in North America. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their Asset Care organization, responsible for reducing equipment downtime and driving proactive maintenance practices in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Requirements: BA/BS in area of responsibility, preferably in engineering, or equivalent training and experience required; MBA, Six Sigma and/or CMRP certifications recommended; minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing and maintenance environments; knowledge of Maintenance Management and Project Management; detailed knowledge of equipment maintenance requirements; fluent in reading electrical, mechanical and PID prints; sound planning and estimating skills; financially aware; high interpersonal effectiveness and customer service orientation; good facilitation and communication skills; knowledge of Inventory Management and computerized Maintenance Management systems – SAP; proficient in the use of Computer software tools (Spreadsheets, Project planning, Presentation software, Statistical Process Control, Word, Visio)
