Position: Maintenance Planner
About: Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join their team in Summerville, SC. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency. They will utilize eMaint CMMS and SAP ERP to manage work orders, track inventory, optimize maintenance workflows, while keeping communication strong amongst several teams.
Requirements: 3+ years of maintenance planning experience in a manufacturing environment; proficiency in eMaint (or similar CMMS) and SAP (or similar ERP system); strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices; ability to analyze maintenance data and drive process improvements; familiar with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles; familiar with OSHA, NIOSH, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements; familiar with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements; must have working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmission systems
