Position: Maintenance & Operations Coordinator Manager
About: Sev1Tech, a leading provider of IT modernization, engineering, and program management solutions, is seeking a proactive Maintenance and Operations Coordination Manager to ensure seamless alignment of maintenance activities and operational priorities in mission-critical environments. This role contributes to the design, implementation, and operation of the broader meshONE capability, supporting the United States Air Force, United States Space Force, and their mission partners. The position is based in Colorado Springs, CO.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of organizational management/leadership experience; experience in maintenance coordination, operations management, or similar problem-solving roles; experience in operations center and/or combat operations; proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills; analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities; exceptional customer-facing interpersonal skills
