Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays; 5+ years of experience in distribution or manufacturing field, with equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical field; experience in automated conveyor systems, electrical and electronic principles, CMMS programs, and industrial controls; ability to develop partnerships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders; Six Sigma Certification; understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
