Requirements: 2-year technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering required; 10+ years of maintenance experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing facility required; strong leadership skills and team accountability; excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities; experience with budget management and planning; ability to work within a 24/7 plant operations facility; strategic thinker with decision-making confidence; talent development and coaching skills; strong communication abilities to interact across all organizational levels
