Position: Maintenance Manager
About: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing facilities staff members to ensure that buildings and grounds are maintained and that preventative maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance staff to ensure that production equipment is maintained in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or certification in a related field required; five (5) or more years of supervisory or managerial experience required with direct oversight of maintenance functions preferred; two (2) years prior experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing facility preferred; strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to lead or work as part of a team to complete projects; ability to prioritize resources to meet established budgets and timelines; ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work instructions; mechanically inclined with experience in plumbing, HVAC systems, steam, and manufacturing operations preferred; knowledge of cGMP regulations preferred; knowledge of OSHA regulations required; ability to recognize and adhere to quality standards; proficient in Microsoft Office; travel between facilities to support operations when necessary and as required by leadership
