Position: Maintenance Manager
About: OLYMBEC USA, a commercial real estate company, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and alteration of buildings and grounds in collaboration with property managers and leasing teams.
Requirements: High school diploma; Driver’s license; 7-10 years’ experience in commercial maintenance; Proven supervisory skills; Knowledge of building systems; Basic electrical knowledge; Working knowledge of MEPFP systems; Universal HVAC; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Ability to operate maintenance equipment; Ability to drive heavy equipment
