Position: Maintenance Manager
About: Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Manager to complete the Operations team and contribute to the company’s vision. The role involves ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation, maintaining a positive work culture, leading employee engagement initiatives, and upholding food safety and quality standards in compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; 4-year technical degree and/or equivalent military experience; strong leadership, managerial, and problem-solving skills; ability to provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement in the business
