Position: Maintenance Manager
About: Functions as the Strategic Business Leader of the engineering department at a hotel, overseeing building and plant maintenance, grounds landscaping, guest and associate satisfaction, and financial performance. Responsible for developing and implementing departmental strategies in line with the brand service strategy and initiatives.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; progressive experience in hospitality Engineering or Facility Management with at least three years as a Maintenance Engineer in a White Lodging Select Service hotel; two years of college or trade school equivalent in a relevant discipline; minimum of 5 years of combined experience in the field and hotel engineering discipline
