Position: Maintenance Make Ready/Porter
About: The Lynd Company is seeking a Maintenance Make Ready, Porter, and Groundskeeper to join their team. This role reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for preparing vacant apartments and maintaining the overall appearance of the property grounds, models, and units.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred; excellent communication and organizational skills; at least one year of experience in similar duties preferred.
