Position: Maintenance Make Ready/Porter
About: The Lynd Company, a property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Make Ready, Porter, Groundskeeper to join their team. The position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and involves various duties such as preparing vacant apartments for rent and maintaining the appearance of property grounds and units.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of experience in similar duties preferred; familiarity with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations regarding multi-family housing and Fair Housing; ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and landscaping tasks; knowledge of safety procedures; physical ability to lift objects weighing 25+ pounds; excellent communication and organizational skills
