Position: Maintenance Groundskeeper/Porter

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; at least 1 – 3 years’ experience in grounds keeping and/or general maintenance; experience or knowledge of lawn care, tree and shrub removal preferred; must be available to perform on-call emergency services when needed; must be proficient with personal computers; must be able to lift 25 – 50 lbs; must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation; excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be legally eligible for employment in the U.S; pre-employment drug screening and background check required
