Position: Maintenance Execution Manager

Stepan Company is currently looking for a Maintenance Execution Manager to join their team in Elwood, IL, US, 60421. The Maintenance Execution Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction of site-level maintenance and contractor maintenance teams to deliver safe and timely maintenance and construction execution in support of company site goals and objectives.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years of relevant experience required; 8 years preferred; 3 or more years of supervisory experience; Ability to understand P&ID’s, equipment manuals, and drawings; Working knowledge of key assets, parts, etc. required to carry out site operations; Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
