Position: Maintenance and Operations Superintendent
About: The City of Raleigh is seeking a Maintenance and Operations Superintendent devoted to providing operational, technical and maintenance support for facilities. This role will supervise paraprofessional and support staff including conducting performance evaluations, coordinating training, and implementing hiring, discipline and termination procedures. Work may include directing and supervising; resolving escalated customer complaints; reviewing and analyzing field operating performance and implementing improvements; and assisting with budget formulation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in facilities maintenance, operations, or construction; supervisory experience preferred; knowledge of trades maintenance principles; strong work ethic with a positive orientation
