Position: Maintenance and Housekeeping Porter – Part Time

Requirements: Light Maintenance/Housekeeping experience within a senior living, hospitality, and/or related industry preferred; at least six months of prior maintenance/housekeeping experience; experience interacting with guests/residents, co-workers, and the general public in a courteous and professional manner; ability to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergency situations; reasoning skills including understanding issues and processing information for feedback and instructions; proficiency in English communication
